December Distribution Performance Report

Earnest Machine is happy to report that we’ve seen marked improvement in 3 out of our 4 performance metrics from November to December. Both our Part Accuracy and Quantity Accuracy metrics exceeded our set goals and, our Order Entry Accuracy is only a few hundredths of a percentage away from hitting our set goal as well.

Even though it’s encouraging to see this type of improvement in our performance metrics, our On Time Delivery continues to be a challenge. While we are receiving product at our docks, there are still supply chain issues and delays that are beyond our control. As always, our team is working hard to navigate through these supply chain issues and striving to provide you with the best possible customer experience.


Part Accuracy: Our Part Accuracy metric improved by 0.07% and is coming in at 0.03% above goal.

Individual DC scores:

Indy – 100.00%

England – 100.00%

EMC – 100.00%


Quantity Accuracy: Our Quantity Accuracy improved by 0.02% and is coming in at 0.03% above goal.

Order Entry: Our Order Entry metric improved by 0.03% and is coming in at 0.03% below goal.


On Time Delivery: Our On Time Delivery fell by 3.22% and is coming in at 15.83% below goal.

On Time Delivery – 80.92%

Austell – 79.40%

Indy – 82.44%


Service Guarantees: Thirteen service guarantees were issued in December for a total of $650.00
